These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Keva (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Keva provides a private, structured memory and knowledge vault for AI coding assistants. We may add, change or remove features at any time. The Service is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to register.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to breach security, access other users’ data, send spam, upload unlawful content, or use automated bots to abuse free sign-ups. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the data and knowledge you store in your projects. You grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
We store the minimum data needed to run your account (such as your email and project content). We do not sell your data. Email delivery and CAPTCHA may rely on third-party providers (e.g. Resend, Google reCAPTCHA) subject to their own terms.
Free accounts include a limited number of projects, tokens and storage. We may enforce rate limits and quotas to keep the Service reliable for everyone. Paid plans, if offered, are governed by the pricing shown at checkout.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination, your stored data may be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.
These are placeholder Terms provided for development purposes and do not constitute legal advice. They will be replaced by a final version reviewed by a professional.
